Istanbul or the ancient city of Constantinople,

Ankara the capital of modern Turkey, is a
great historical tourist spot. The city of Ankara lies in the centre of Anatolia
on the eastern range of the high Anatolian plateau. The place has an altitude of
850 metres. With so many old and new attractions beckoning you, Ankara is undoubtedly
the place to be. It’s a different experience altogether. Be there to savor the historical
ambience of this ancient city.
Izmir (Turkey`s third largest city) has been
for ages regarded as `The pearl of the Aegean`. The history of Izmir dates back
to 3000 B.C. and between 3000 B.C. and late 1800 B.C., Izmir was famous the world
over as Smyrna. Later, in the Turkish era the city of Smyrna was re-named Izmir.
The present day Izmir is the most westernized city of Turkey in terms of lifestyle
of the inhabitants, their values and ideologies. No wonder, the city has come to
acquire the epithet of `Occidental Izmir.
Cappadocia which is unique in the world and
is a miraculous nature wonder is the common name of the field covered by the provinces
of Aksaray, Nevsehir, Nigde, Kayseri and Kirsehir in the Central Anatolian region.
Kusadasi one of Turkey's principle holiday
